Part replacement It took three times to get the correct analysis and installation of a seat latch that had broken. If a thorough review had been done the first time, It took three times to get the correct analysis and installation of a seat latch that had broken. If a thorough review had been done the first time, the third visit would not have been needed. I am happy with the manner in which service worked with me to mitigate the impacts to me (I drove a long distance each time for the service). They were always polite and kept me advised of the status. The trips and having to wait 2-3 hours on the second and third visits were not what I expect from Milam Mazda based on past experience (which has always been outstanding). Price was fair. More
