I recently bought a new Lexus and had to have something replaced so I gad no choice but to go to Putnam’s service center. Over the years, or perhaps due to management changes the service team has vastly improved. My most recent service was outstanding. My service rep was on it, responsive and delivered what he committed to. I can’t ask for more. Nice job.! More
