Not too many complaints since my first service was free Before I bought my Buick, I had a Volkswagen and when it was serviced the dealer would ALWAYS pay for my Lyfts while I was without my car and/or cover Before I bought my Buick, I had a Volkswagen and when it was serviced the dealer would ALWAYS pay for my Lyfts while I was without my car and/or cover the cost of a rental. I was disappointed that this wasn't offered to me especially when the service took over 4 hours to complete. It would be nice if they classed up the decor in the service area as well. I felt like I was in a tacky Jiffy Lube. The first service was free, so I'm not devastated, but I am unlikely to use this dealer again for service. More
