Unknowledgable Service Rep We had our 2016 Tahoe in for its 30K mileage service and asked that the alignment be checked, replacement wiper blades installed, and a smog check per We had our 2016 Tahoe in for its 30K mileage service and asked that the alignment be checked, replacement wiper blades installed, and a smog check performed. The rep assured all would be completed and provided an estimate. Upon returning I was reviewing the bill and there was no alignment performed, wiper blades replaced, or smog check done. The bill was for the quoted amount. I asked about the additional services and was told that the alignment was checked but okay, that the wiper blades appeared okay and that smog checks could not be done. I then question the charge for a realignment if it was not needed. The rep said “oh your right” then had to redo the bill. When I asked why he hadn’t replaced the wiper blades like I asked he said they didn’t need it. I told him that I still wanted them replaced however. He responded that I would ya e to come back for that or leave it. When asked about the smog he said “we don’t do that here”. I asked him specifically when I dropped off the vehicle and he said it would be no problem. All in all a very disappointing experience. We will find another dealer to work with going forward. More

Top service, great experience I made an online 4pm appt for a same-day oil change. Received email and text confirmation. When I arrived, was told that there’s a glitch with the r I made an online 4pm appt for a same-day oil change. Received email and text confirmation. When I arrived, was told that there’s a glitch with the reservation system because same day appts are not allowed after 11:30 for online channel. Diem tried to make the appt happen, but was unable. He was professional and honest and apologetic. He immediately setup appt for me for next morning. He was accountable and dependable. Stayed actively in touch and my car was ready per the timing he outlined. The situation could have been bad but he handled everything with care. He took it upon himself to make it right for me even though the online reservation was the first issue. Ultimately he made the path for solution! More

Excellent experience I have been taking my two chevys to Putnam Chevy Cadillac Buick GMC in Burlingame for service for several years. I recently decided to trade-in my 20 I have been taking my two chevys to Putnam Chevy Cadillac Buick GMC in Burlingame for service for several years. I recently decided to trade-in my 2012 Chevy Equinox LTZ for a newer used car with much less milieage. My Service Advisor, Charlie Szetu, asked Michael Quigley in Sales to give me a call. Charlie takes great care of me and my cars; great service, great guy! I met with MIchael to look at potential used car options. Great guy, too. He was very friendly and knowlegeable and provided great customer service. I ended up buying a 201 7 Buick Encore Essence. Dean (didn't get his last name) handled the paperwork and he was excellent also. Overall, I had a great car buying experience thanks to Charlie, Michael, and Dean. Thanks Putnam Chevy! More
