Too long of wait time It took me over 2 week to get a service appointment for a recall repair on my air conditioner and software. I left my car Wednesday for a Thursday 7am It took me over 2 week to get a service appointment for a recall repair on my air conditioner and software. I left my car Wednesday for a Thursday 7am appointment. I was told I would have to pay 300+ dollars for diagnosis of my car's problem if it turned out to be a different part that what was covered under the recall. Seems pretty expensive to me to get an estimate. It is just enough money to make you apply it toward the repair vs taking the vehicle to an independent shop. They did not even look at my car that day. I received a call Friday morning telling me that my car repair would be covered. Service advisor was nice. They did allow me to pick up my truck on Saturday since I would not make the 2:30 to 5pm window when then car was ready vs when they close. More
