Oil change with appointment I had an appt for an oil change and it took them 3hrs. Also, the service tech never contacted me when the job was completed. I just happened to noti I had an appt for an oil change and it took them 3hrs. Also, the service tech never contacted me when the job was completed. I just happened to notice my car sitting in the lot and had to ask another worker there if it was ready or not. He informed me that the service tech was out to lunch and to talk to another tech. It had been ready for over an hour!! I bought my caddy from them last year. Not a happy customer this time. I realize that they were busy but wish they had been a bit more considerate of my time. Lack of Communication After being a 16 year Cadillac owner with all my service done at Putman -worst experience ever. Never got quote on service, called hourly from 10:30 After being a 16 year Cadillac owner with all my service done at Putman -worst experience ever. Never got quote on service, called hourly from 10:30 to 4:30 and finally got call back from service manager. I had told drop off and left messages with my calls that I need the car early if possible as I had to pick-up my grandchildren by 5:30. Finally had to rent a car to make the pick-up and the car ended up being kept overnight. Any number of people had the opportunity to take responsibility for getting me a reply, but everyone just kept blaming someone else. Disappointing to say the very least. More
Chipped the paint on my door Took my new ZR2 in for an oil change. The driver side door was left with a paint chip. They said it would be repaired. they had some guy take what looked like a q-tip dab paint on. even the service manager said it was a terrible job. When asked to repair the repair they would not return phone calls, would not make contact with me. I was and am extremely disappointed, I would not recommend this dealer for an oil change or any other work. Poor customer service, no call back attitude, left with paint chip in a $52,000 truck. More

Satisfied I had rear brakes done a few months ago at this location and they started making squeaking sounds, I scheduled an oil changed and asked for them to ch I had rear brakes done a few months ago at this location and they started making squeaking sounds, I scheduled an oil changed and asked for them to check the rear brakes they had just put in, The guy assisting me had his guys check it found it was on their end on initial brake service, they corrected the problem with new rear brakes and took care of the rotors with no cost to me and reduced the oil change and service fees 50%, Thank you guys for taking care of it all with no hassles. More
