(a recall item) When I brought my car in for the simple service my husband and I waited on end for Mark Gebhardt as he continued his phone call. This set the tone for what was to come and his lack of service e provide customers.. When I returned homeI noticed that the mechanism (allows to unlock/lock door and trunk )inside the key fob was missing. I brought it back and told Mark about it. He stated that "we don't touch these" so he didn't have any input nor solution for me. I stated that it was there when I dropped the car off and he again stated"we don't touch these". He then directed me to go see the manager in the corner office. It took me a while to find him and I will say that Jorge Rodriguez, Service Director, was a true professional. Unlike Mark, he acknowledged my problem and offered a solution. Mark just dismissed me. Thank goodness my last point of contact was Jorge otherwise I would be steaming More
Never Again will I use Putnam Cadillac Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a dealership. They entire staff I dealt with with tried to rationalize bad work or were in no hurry to process my check in. Lack of follow up when I tried to book my appointment, first vehicle at the gate at 7am on my appointment date, was on the road back to my office 1.5 hours later in a rental car (should have been a 15 minute process). Not one service advisor engaged for ~20 minutes, yet there were 8 people running around. I was sent to a service advisor to begin my check in, when he found out that my prearranged service advisor was there, he handed me paperwork and said the other advisor would process me in. After waiting for another few minutes, my service adviser was found in another office rather than helping customers. Picked up my vehicle the same day and the part they replaced was dented, I was told the parts are not perfect, after I stated my original part was perfect until it came off on the freeway, advisor asked if I wanted to talk to the Service Manager, which I did and got the same response, “parts are not perfect’. I’m sure the GM executives would really appreciate to know how their service advisors feel about their $80,000 Escalades. More
Excellent maintenance service It does not matter if you forgot to make an appointment knowing tha you have a good agent like Mark, someone you trust guiding on the service your car It does not matter if you forgot to make an appointment knowing tha you have a good agent like Mark, someone you trust guiding on the service your car may need it is a relief. You may wait longer if you do not have an appointment but you still have the service on your car. We drive 45 to 50 minutes to get there and is worth it. Thank for the great service! More

Lies, condescending behavior, bait and switch I went in for a strange acceleration sound and tire pressure issue. Tire pressure low on one tire and I could not figure out which since their mechan I went in for a strange acceleration sound and tire pressure issue. Tire pressure low on one tire and I could not figure out which since their mechanics failed to place the correct PSI monitors on the corresponding tire in the past. Late got a quote for two tire replacements as $488.00. Approve because I trust that they are not overcharging me on tires (as Jorge confirmed they would not do) and based on no increase of estimate. Original estimate was $300.00 so this is already an increase. Only when work was done do they send in name/type of tire, which is sold everywhere else for $75.00 (75x2=$160.00 - Goodyear Integrity VSB). When my husband goes in to pick up the car, the guy (who refused to put name on receipt - not Jorge R. but another guy) is completely rude, condescending, fraudulently lies on bill saying I pre-approved $580+ in charges, and threatens to not release the car until Monday. We have bought our last two cars here (a Tahoe and an Equinox) and are in the market to replace the Tahoe (it is a 2006). Also want to buy out 18 year old daughter a car. We will NOT be going here again, not trust our cars here again, or give our business to people who act this way and treat customers this way, in addition to the overcharging for tires sold elsewhere for $110 less per tire. Oh yeah, then the guy acted like he did not know how to run a credit card and insisted on running debit, which we didn't want to do so that Putnam Chevy would have to eat the credit card fees. More threats to keep the car for an additional two days. There are plenty of other places to go that are honest and do good work - I will go there. More

New car purchase After surfing the interwebs for the right color Equinox with the options we wanted we found the one here at Putnam Chevrolet. Noe Sanchez greeted us w After surfing the interwebs for the right color Equinox with the options we wanted we found the one here at Putnam Chevrolet. Noe Sanchez greeted us with a smile and showed us the vehicle we were interested in. He explained all the options and how they worked. Also worked with us with best options of financing for it as well. Once we closed the deal he had the car gassed up and a quick detail. I have nothing but a very satisfying experience here and working with Noe. If your looking for a new Chevy ... I recommend Noe and this dealership you wont be disappointed. More
