I felt like my car was in great hands, I should have been coming here longer. They have a nice waiting room that never seemed to be too busy because they are quick at responding to each customer within a timely manner. They provided me with a rental car for each day my car was in their care and the process was painless They made it as convenient and transparent as possible. More

He was patient with my continuous questions and answered everything I asked in a knowledgeable way. I really felt like he listened to me closely and wanted to be honest and straightforward and to make sure that I understood everything so I could make a good decision. After the sale, he even suggested that I call him in a day or two and he would show me how to use all the features on the dashboard! Since I'm technically challenged, I appreciate this more than I can say. Every time I drive the Bolt, I love it more! This car is amazing in so many ways and I'm just thrilled to have it. It's great to be able to go all electric and I admire Chevy in deciding to focus on all-electric and drop the hybrid. I really feel that it's the best direction to go and am confident that if more people really knew about all the fantastic features, you wouldn't be able to make them fast enough. Since I had a great experience leasing my 2018 Cadillac from Putnam I brought my Corvette to Putnam Service for a possible oil leak. Bill Benesi was the service representative and helped me with my issue. My car was repaired on the same day I brought it in. My experience was fantastic thanks to the service department employees. 100 percent satisfied. More
