He was patient with my continuous questions and answered everything I asked in a knowledgeable way. I really felt like he listened to me closely and wanted to be honest and straightforward and to make sure that I understood everything so I could make a good decision. After the sale, he even suggested that I call him in a day or two and he would show me how to use all the features on the dashboard! Since I'm technically challenged, I appreciate this more than I can say. Every time I drive the Bolt, I love it more! This car is amazing in so many ways and I'm just thrilled to have it. It's great to be able to go all electric and I admire Chevy in deciding to focus on all-electric and drop the hybrid. I really feel that it's the best direction to go and am confident that if more people really knew about all the fantastic features, you wouldn't be able to make them fast enough.
