A nightmare The service at Putnam is terrible I have a problem with my 2014 Chevy Silverado truck it has a vibration on the highway going 60-70 mph and I have two The service at Putnam is terrible I have a problem with my 2014 Chevy Silverado truck it has a vibration on the highway going 60-70 mph and I have two warranty’s for my truck but they still wanted to charge me for the work until I put my foot down about having warranty’s on the truck. Putnam worked on my truck they told me the engine mounts were the reason for the vibration so Putnam changed the mounts and told me it was fixed no more vibration but to my surprise the truck felt worse rather then better so I went down to Putnam several days later to talk to the service manager. The service manager told me they would have one of the technicians go on a test drive with me and after he did the technician agreed there was a problem with my truck so I left the truck there for a full day and the service manager calls to tell me this is the normal function of the vehicle. I’ve worked as a mechanic myself when I was 15 1/2 to 19 1/2 yrs old and I know the vibration is not normal specially when the technician from Putnam agreed with me that there was a problem. I called GM and made another appointment with Putnam to see if they would fix the problem but the service manager told me I didn’t have a warranty and they would not work on my truck. I told the service manager I have two warranty’s and they just don’t want to fix my truck because it has a problem and they don’t want to fix it so the service manager told me to take my truck out of there because they won’t work on it this took place with my 6yr old son with me I am shocked that Putnam Chevy is this unprofessional I will never buy a vehicle from Putnam or ever bring any of my vehicles to Putnam Chevy again the service department is About making money even when u have warranty’s and not there to provide you with real customer service I do not recommend Putnam Chevy to anyone ever! More

If you want easy smooth service, steer clear of here I call around 1st week of December to schedule an appointment. I have taken my car here several times. I ask the lady if my car was still under warranty and she responds yes, so I continue to book the appointment for Dec 20th. I bring in my car and after sitting down with the service rep he tells me the car may be under warranty or not. I call corporate and they tell me they would call the dealership. They talk to Jorge, who is the manager of service and everything. All in all I was in a mouse game that they put me in. My car sat from Dec 20th and because nothing was covered I picked up my car Dec 26th. Courtney from Corporate keeps calling me and Jorge to figure things out. Courtney tells me that Jorge told her that I would be responsible for the rental so I just drop off the rental and go to pick up my car. I got to speak to Jorge and when I mention Courtney's name his demeanor changes and he becomes a cold blooded manager and sucks all the room out of the air. He tells me that the car was not under warranty and that I would be responsible for the rental, while there is a sing about 'customer satisfaction' in his office. This all started because the lady that set up my appointment told me that I was covered under the warranty. Car sat for 6 days and then when I come to get my car I see Jorge going back and forth and he recognizes me and I knew right there that he would have me wait longer. It took about 80-90 minutes to get my car that sat and had no repairs done. Yeah I knew he told them to make me wait and suffer a little. I leave this review in warning to all, stay away from this location. Take your car where you bought it from, do not bring it here. More

Excellent Had my car serviced at another facility. The left the oil cap off and oil spewed all over my engine the the inside of the hood. Thankfully, there wa Had my car serviced at another facility. Putnam replaced the cap and detailed my car, cleaning up all the oil and even washing it inside and out. It looked like a new vehicle. More

Loose battery cable My 2016 Sierra 1500 was experiencing drive-ability issues, what I thought was some sort of electrical issue. I made an appointment online and met with My 2016 Sierra 1500 was experiencing drive-ability issues, what I thought was some sort of electrical issue. I made an appointment online and met with service agent Wesley Hew. He knew how to ask the right questions to understand what problems I was experiencing with my vehicle. He documented this and service form and put me into a rental (covered by warranty) knowing it might take some time to diagnose the root of the problem. The service center was able to diagnose the issue faster than expected, I had a call that evening that my vehicle was ready to go. Turned out to be a loose battery cable. Returned in morning to pick up my vehicle. Even though this was a warranty issue, I never felt pressured into an up sale and I really appreciate that. This was a warranty issue, price did not come into play. More

Best Experience Hi, This is my first ever review that I writing anywhere. Now it happened to be for the 2019 Chevy Volt that I leased from Putnam Chevrolet. The deal Hi, This is my first ever review that I writing anywhere. Now it happened to be for the 2019 Chevy Volt that I leased from Putnam Chevrolet. The deal that they offered me in the first place was by far better than any dealerships (at least 10) that I reached out in the bay. I could not believe it when I went to the dealership to get my car I was ready to see what is the catch. It was a true deal and never experienced purchasing/ leasing this great, quick and professional. Ramin Asbaghi was the salesperson helped me out throughout this experience and I have to say that I have never worked with any salesperson with the skills, honesty, and professionalism.
