Great service from start to finish Pierre helped me secure my new lease on a GMC Terrain and was able to locate a vehicle with the options I needed right away. Kept pricing writhin my budget and reliever as promised. Pierre, salesperson, spent over an hour sitting in the vehicle with me going over the details of the new infotainment system, remote keyless start and setting up my onstar account. He also helped pair my phone, set up XM satellite TV and settings for navigation. Excellent customer service that is a rarity these days! Thank you Putnam GMC and THANK YOU Pierre Ibrahim! More

I simply asked for them to not run my credit multiple times they assured me they wouldn’t yet they did. They we so persistent in selling used cars over new cars, I came in knowing what I wanted yet they pushed and pushed us into cars we didn’t like. Final straw was they called us stating they messed up on paper work and the dmv sent us the title without the bank on it? We never received the title but they kept on saying we had as if we were lying! After about a year we went to register the car and couldn’t since there was a hold out on the car? I called the bank they had no answers I called the dealership they stated they put a hold on it because of the title issue like you kidding! They said they wanted us to sign power of attorney over to them so they could file new paper work, seemed not right so we went down there they told us someone who used to work there messed everything up! Well why blame us then originally? After about 3 more months we finally received the registration for the car. Total headache will not be returning or referring family or friends to them! More
