The work was drawn out & lengthy because: a) problems were found that the GEICO rep did not find/disclose, hence more repair time b) parts had to be ordered which Bolt sales volumes do not yet justify being held in local inventory c) work had to be split between mechanical and separate body shop, requiring transportation and coordination. NOT HAPPY WITH THE CAR SOLD TO ME. car was over priced car had moter and electical ptoblems . car was in the shop weeks being repaired. I wanted to trade the car in but behold they only offer me a fraction of the price at $22,000.00. I paid $45,000.00 5 months ago. I FELL LIKE I HAVE BE RIPOFF. SENSE I BOUGHT THE CAR . IVE PUT 1.500 ON THE CAR IN 5 MONTHS. THEY TOLD ME IF I DIDNT BY THE WARRANTY. I WOULD HAVE BE SCREWED. TELL ME WHAT YOU WOUD SAY. AND WOULD YOU BUY ANOTHER FROM PUTNAM CADILLAC. ? More

Worst experience ever. I went to buy my leased vehicle at the end of the lease and had a preapproved credit union loan. Putnam stated on the phone that they had a much fast I went to buy my leased vehicle at the end of the lease and had a preapproved credit union loan. Putnam stated on the phone that they had a much faster process to complete the transaction compared to the 30 to 50 minute process at the credit union. No exaggeration, it took 3 hours and 25 minutes! This was the third time I had to spend over 3 hours waiting for Putnam to finish a vehicle purchase/lease transaction. Over a six year span I leased two vehicles and purchased one with absolutely no improvements to their service, it actually got worse. The Maintenance department isn't equally bad. I suggest never visiting Putnam in person. More
