Unclear who was supposed to be greeting and helping customers. I did receive a call that it was ready for pick up but when i got there, again, nobody around to guide me where to go. I stuck my head into one of the offices and that service advisor told me another guy (leo) was my advisor but his office was dark and door closed so i just walked around for about 10min until he showed up. I think everyone sets their expectations low for dealer service and while this wasn't "awesome" (as you request suggests), it wasn't horrible either... just typical. More
