Overpriced Service-labor cost is robbery I took my Tahoe there to change the oil and Charlie Puthe recxomended I do a 50k Mile 4x4 maintenance. I questioned it and after Charlie’s explanation I took my Tahoe there to change the oil and Charlie Puthe recxomended I do a 50k Mile 4x4 maintenance. I questioned it and after Charlie’s explanation, I agreed! He told be the total service would cost $300. When I picked my car up, I noticed the bill said “customer recommended service” and the bill was almost $800. Of that $800, $521 was for labor and the parts cost - little under $300. Lesson learned... I will never take my car to Putnam for service again. They are certified crooks. Be aware of their scams More

My car was there forever . I paid 3300.00 to have my car fixed and after 3 days of having it, the check engine light was on and back it went.
