Best I've Experienced! After buying a "lemon-off-the-truck" three months ago from another dealership, I was in a pinch to find a new car. I had been to three other dealershi After buying a "lemon-off-the-truck" three months ago from another dealership, I was in a pinch to find a new car. I had been to three other dealerships (Chrysler, VW & Honda) asking each for a nationally advertised deal, but was told each time that they didn't really offer that deal or had already sold the car that was advertised. THEN, I came to Putnam and was able to get the advertised deal on a 2019 Terrain. Michael and Pierre treated very well and clearly valued me as a customer. They brought a car in from another dealership to meet my needs. I'm extremely happy with my Terrain (favorite car ever) and will definitely go back to Putnam for my next lease. Michael and Pierre turned my lemon situation into lemonade! Thank you both! More

20,000 mile basic service I was told at my 9am drop off the car would be ready for pick up at noon or 12:30pm. The car wasn't ready until 4:30 and there were no identified prob I was told at my 9am drop off the car would be ready for pick up at noon or 12:30pm. The car wasn't ready until 4:30 and there were no identified problems with the car. Just basic service. I then couldn't pick up till next day given the timing. Even though it's discounted, I had to incur rental car costs for a basic service. There's not even any customer service etiquette to cover these costs when service misinforms a customer of a pick up time window. When I picked up the car the next morning, just like the last time I was there months ago, you're wondering around trying to get any employees that pass by to help you. If you go to the waiting room, no one looks for arriving customers there, so you're hanging out in the garage for a generous amount of time. More
