Disappointing, Delayed & Not Returned in Quality as Promised While my service manager, Wesley, was very friendly and helpful overall I was very disappointed with the service experience in general. I was told my car would be done by 3:30 at the latest and it was quite delayed. There was no communication or updates in regards to when my car would be ready. My wife and I had to call multiple times to try to reach someone and get updates. No one could seem to figure out when it would be ready when we called. Also, I was told originally that the car would take extra time if we wanted it washed and vacuumed so it would be ready at 3:30 and not 2:30, but when we picked up the car after it was delayed further it was not vacuumed or washed. Wesley said the car was supposedly ready at 4:00, but we called after 4:00 and the girl we spoke with said it wasn't going to be ready until 5:00. We came to get it at 5:30. More
