It appeared they forgot to tell me when the vehicle they were servicing was complete. After an extended time I left the waiting room and waited in the service advisor's office. When he returned my presence appeared to jog his memory I was waiting. He promptly closed the service paperwork and I was on my way. More

Service Assesment I did not have a good experience this visit. My vehicle needed two rear tires, drivers side tire had a nail. On Friday, March 15, I purchased two tires, the parts person walked me down to the dispatcher and asked If he could arrange work my vehicle in today. He thought about it and said he did not have the time. Upon leaving his office I saw Charlie Szetu, (I have worked with Charlie on several occasions and always had a pleasant experience) Charlie and I set up a date for Tuesday March 19 to bring my vehicle back to have tires replaced. I brought my vehicle back to Putnam on the scheduled date. While in Charles office the dispatcher told Charlie to make sure my Vehicle was scheduled at the end of the day. As it turned out tires where not changed. I was informed that my vehicle would be ready the next day (Wednesday). Charlie was very apologetic and offered a loaner vehicle. I thank him but turned down the loaner. I have always had a pleasant and professional experience at Putnam, Charlie has always taken care of my needs professionally and appropriately. This dispatchers behavior was condescending, and not what I have come to expect from Putnam. He had two opportunities to schedule my vehicle for service. and failed both times. More

He didn't give us any pressure at all. We didn't buy in the first day but after a lot of consideration we decided to return to sign forms and left with a new bolt. If any of you visit there be sure to look for Noe. More

Oil change and tire rotation plus detail took 2 days Dropped off truck at 7:30 am ( priority 5) pick up 5:00 (9 1/2 hours) detail was not complete, had to go back for another 7 hours.
