Took my car in for the Works. Was told that they couldn't rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped wh rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped while trying to remove it. I then was able to just remove it when a pair of needle nose pliers. It's a little strange, to say the least... Sincerely. Check engine light came on in my F250 diesel pickup so I called Purvis Ford for a service appointment. The issue was error code P208A - "Reductant Heater A Control Performance." Upon arrival and check-in I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before they could perform a "diagnostic" on my pickup even though I had an appointment. No estimate was provided as to when repair could be completed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! More
