Took my car in for the Works. Was told that they couldn't rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped wh rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped while trying to remove it. I then was able to just remove it when a pair of needle nose pliers. It's a little strange, to say the least... Sincerely. Check engine light came on in my F250 diesel pickup so I called Purvis Ford for a service appointment. The issue was error code P208A - "Reductant Heater A Control Performance." Earliest appointment was 13 days later on Dec. 2nd 2021. Upon arrival and check-in I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before they could perform a "diagnostic" on my pickup even though I had an appointment. No estimate was provided as to when repair could be completed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! More

The guy that helped us set up the appointment and then took the car and was the same one when we picked up was extremely helpful and friendly. He usually works sales and is a mechanic. Went in for “the works” tire rotation and oil change, and state safety inspection. Requested synthetic Mobil 1 oil, not synthetic blend, service advisor informed me he would call me to tell me how much it wo state safety inspection. Purview had my truck all day for a previously scheduled appointment dropped off at 10 picked up at 6pm, never got a call to tell me synthetic oil change price, instead got a call that truck was ready for pickup. Didn’t mind I didn’t get a call with the price as I had full synthetic oil changes prior and new estimated price. When I got there, the service advisor I dealt with had already left for the day and the service department had out the wrong oil (synthetic blend) in my truck. Also, was handed keys and had to “find” my own truck in there service lot, must have been too busy to bring truck up for me, paper floor mat, plastic, mirror tag all left in my truck for me to clean up as well. This is the second disappointing visit to this dealership in a row. Called the dealership today to speak to service advisor, was told he was on the phone with another customer and would call me right back, it’s been hours, and wanted to give them an opportunity to explain what happened, but obviously they aren’t interested in resolving issues. More
