Worst experience ever, 8 days prior to my Warranty expiration I attempted to schedule an appointment for warranty work (i gave a full explanation of the work needed) i was told no appointment availabl expiration I attempted to schedule an appointment for warranty work (i gave a full explanation of the work needed) i was told no appointment available until 14 days from my request. Thought since I called in advance of my warranty expiration it was covered. After the service was done on the date they gave me I was told my warranty had expired 3 days prior to the day i had the appointment, that the day i brought the car in governed the warranty not the day i called and scheduled the service (what a scam, they scheduled the service for after the warranty would expire, they did the work I paid the bill and after driving away i found the repair they made did not work. when I went back and complained i was told other repairs were necessary beyond what they told me and they would cost even more money and they also said I could not get a refund on the repairs that did not work because even though they did the wrong repairs I was still liable for the wrong repairs. What scam artists!!!!!!! More

Taking a vehicle in for diagnosis and possible service can be stressful - especially with today’s complex vehicles and their many functional parts. The service writers at Purvis Ford and all the great pe can be stressful - especially with today’s complex vehicles and their many functional parts. The service writers at Purvis Ford and all the great people there are what make the dealership a great place to visit. They understand and can relate to customers just as though they themselves were having the work done. Very attentive to needs and always wanting to know if everything is ok. We were told if we paid for the diagnostics that we would know the issues of the vehicle and be able to get it fixed. We had it tested and still came up with no answers .waste of our time and our MONEY. The know the issues of the vehicle and be able to get it fixed. I have bought several brand new vehicles from them in the past at least for brand new, but that has come to an end after this. More

My car sat there for one week without any diagnosis. Finally had to get it towed again at my own expense to someone who could look at the car and tell me what the issue was. I understand the dealership might be short handed but they should have let me know up front that it would be awhile before they could look at my vehicle. That way I could have had it towed away much sooner. More

Returned my vehicle ($235 charge) and problem not completely fixed. There is no way they did a final test drive and did not see the problem was still there. I talked with three different service folk completely fixed. There is no way they did a final test drive and did not see the problem was still there. I talked with three different service folks over a period of about a month and still had to explain the problem again when I picked the vehicle up. The only information was in the computer was from my first visit, before I replace the plugs and battery. More
