He took time out of his schedule to go on a test drive. Right away, he was able to identify the problem. When I picked my car up it was like driving a brand new car. The issue was fixed and the noise was gone. Unfortunately, it took me going to the top to get this issue resolved. I feel you have the right man for the job. I know he will mentor the other service advisors to create a great customer focused team. He was very friendly, very professional and is a manager that cares about his customers. He is a man others should emulate! More
service department ruins the whole experience I have been to this dealership quite a few times (which might say something about the quality of ford vehicles). The parts department is great, I have been to this dealership quite a few times (which might say something about the quality of ford vehicles). The parts department is great, the people are very helpful and they always seem to have the parts in stock. The body shop was great as well. The service department puts me in a bad mood every time I go. They are extremely disorganized, very disjointed and their waiting room is basically worthless. The first time I took my car in I had to get some weather stripping replaced around the window and the airbags reprogramed. They replaced the weather stripping, but did not reprogram the airbags. The second time I took my car in, to get the air bags reprogramed, it took 15 min to get checked in (with an appointment). Apparently the service department does not work as one unit and you have to deal with the service advisor you scheduled the appointment with, so when you show up they need to find the person that you scheduled the appointment with. The last time I took my car in for a transmission diagnostic, I had to make my appointment two months out (which really seems to speak to the quality of ford vehicles). I dropped my car off at 830 (the appointment time), by 10 AM they had not event touched my car. I asked about how long it was going to be and they said it will be here most of the day. Why would you even have appointment times if you are not going to service the car close to that time? Also when you see me waiting there with a one year old why would you not say: "hey it is going to be an 8 hour wait."? Also if you are going to have wait that long you need a waiting room with more amenities than four chairs and some old magazines. I am seriously considering selling my car, so I do not have to deal with ford anymore. Update: I was contacted back by management right away. They do seem to care about their customers experiences. I was informed there is another waiting area with a TV, kids play area and more chairs. One of the consultants can let you know where the additional waiting area is If you do not see it. More

can't figure out what's wrong truck I bought a 2014 Ford F 150 lariat EcoBoost. 35000 miles I took my truck in because it would not start that was on May 30th 2015 and every weekend afte I bought a 2014 Ford F 150 lariat EcoBoost. 35000 miles I took my truck in because it would not start that was on May 30th 2015 and every weekend after that I took the truck in because it wouldn't start they change something behind my dashboard may me pay $200 because my car was out of warranty when I took it back and that did not fix then they kept it for two weeks and said that it was the gear shift. here we are in September and my truck is still not fix. they have my truck for a week. has not returned my phone calls and they still can't figure out what's wrong with my truck also they will not give me a rental car because I need to call there corporate office to see if they get reimbursed I would not recommend this company to anybody I will never buy another ford again. Also called the corporate office four times their outside sales rep for this area is a joke and her boss. all im ask for is to be reimbursed for the $200 because the part that engineer said that this will fix it. they kept telling me the truck was out of warranty. This week September 8 they reached out to other ford companies and basically said replace a bunch of parts which they've already replaced and alots of them came back and said it can't be fixed. so where do I go from here now it's fun waking up at two and a half year old a month and a half year old and my wife to just take me to work l. I'm just over it. More

Stellar Service We were returning from a vacation when our Lincoln started having issues. We called Adam Zandi at Purvis Ford, and explained our issue. He told us to bring the car in, and they would look at it for us. Adam did an awesome job with communicating our status to us, regarding what they were looking at, and possible issues. We were not able to get the car repaired that day, and still had to return home to New York, Adam set up a loaner/rental for us, and got us on our way. Adam kept in touch daily, even calling well after their closing time to make sure we had an updated status until the car was repaired. I understand it wasn't just Adam, though he is the person we worked with, so kudos and thank you to the entire service team, your help was very much appreciated. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't thank the gentleman that drove us in the courtesy van. He was a great driver, and we had fun talking with him. By far, the best service experience I have had with any dealership, and unfortunately, the new level that I will have to compare local dealers to.. :). More

Russ will great you with a smile and a pleasant salutation. He is very easy to talk with and he will give you all options to have your car fixed, especially the least expensive. He will explain the Pro's and the Con's on each item and what I like most is that he will tell you if you really need to have a particular service function performed or not.
