RIP OFF DEALERSHIP Took my van in for a repair and it took a week for them to diagnose the issue to the extent that they charged me double diagnostic fee and the repair Took my van in for a repair and it took a week for them to diagnose the issue to the extent that they charged me double diagnostic fee and the repair done on my van was unrelated to the reason why I took the van in for repair just because they knew I was desperate. Frank Stewart helped me get service done quickly I needed an inspection done and Frank got me in quickly to get it done. Frank is a nice person to deal with and always takes care of the customer. Total Lost of Confidence in Purvis Ford Service Department I had scheduled an appointment for my daughters 2006 Lincoln Zephyr for July 3rd, 2017, the AC unit was not engaging. The appointment was originally I had scheduled an appointment for my daughters 2006 Lincoln Zephyr for July 3rd, 2017, the AC unit was not engaging. The appointment was originally scheduled for 9:45AM, 5 days in advance. The vehicle did not make it to the service bay until later in day. I received no notification on the status or progress of the car from the service department. I had to make all of the phone calls, not once on any of the phone calls was I able to get the service advisor that was handling the service. I was always being given excuses why he was not able to take calls. I would leave messages and if I was lucky I may get a returned call in the same day. Now on July 13th, Purvis Ford has now had the car for 10 working days, and they have zero idea of what the problem is nor any idea of when it would be fixed or what it will take to fix the vehicle. I only found this out today by having to visit service department, since I could not reach the service rep by phone. At this point, I lost total confidence in Purvis Ford Service department on being able to repair or service this vehicle. I requested for Purvis Ford to put the vehicle back together and I would pick it up on July 14th. Overall very poor customer service and communication from the service department. Instead of having a vehicle repaired, I am paying over $700.00 for an inept service department and service advisor. I strongly would not recommend this service department. David R. Sillaman, USN Ret. Dealership = Stealership I live near this dealer. Went in about 18 months ago looking for a year or so old F150. Found almost the exact truck i wanted and then was "berated" I live near this dealer. Went in about 18 months ago looking for a year or so old F150. Found almost the exact truck i wanted and then was "berated" for trying to argue down the price. So.... i went online, found the truck i wanted at the price i wanted and drove to DC to buy it (strike 1). Then we had to have service for a recall. During the recall repair, there were complications so they needed the truck for an extra day (they were affecting the repairs but didn't call us to let us know...) (ball 1). Last week my cruise control stopped working (at 38K miles, just 2k over warranty). They tell me it's been "turned off in the computer." Great?! They charged me 2 hours ($220) for this "repair" and tried to charge me for a hazardous waste disposal fee as well. To top it all off, i asked if the computer was part of the drivetrain and therefore still under warranty. The answer was: your computer isn't broken, you must have used a ford scanner or a tuner to turn the cruise off. UMMM... if i used a scanner or a tuner to turn it off, wouldn't i have just turned it back on? Wont be back. Already figured out where the next closest Ford dealership is More

They are usually very busy but at the same time they make you feel like your the only one needing help. Tony Simms is usually the person we deal with to check our vehicles in. He always explainers how long it would probably take, when it's finished he explains what was done. Very friendly. I differently recommend their service department and the Dealer Ship part as well, we have purchased three vehicles from the them they have always been very friendly and honest. More
