Appointments for Service I made an appointment two weeks before I took my SUV in for an oil change. Check in was a bit slow since several cars were lined up to drop off thei I made an appointment two weeks before I took my SUV in for an oil change. Check in was a bit slow since several cars were lined up to drop off their cars at the same appointed time as mine of 9:30 a.m. Staff members were very nice when they got to my car. We left and came back over three hours later and we were told that our technician had the car opened up but had gone to lunch and was due back in about 40 minutes. I decided to wait and sent my husband on home. After waiting over an hour after the technician was due to return from lunch, I finally decided it was time to ask about my SUV. A young lady checked for me and it turned out that the service supervisor was not aware that I was waiting for my SUV so it was kicked back and other cars were taken care of before mine. They were very sorry and it was just a misunderstanding. However, in the future when I drop off my car again, I'll be sure to let them know I'm waiting and make sure they write it down. My SUV was finally ready at 3:00 p.m. A long day for a 9:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change. More
Outstanding service - I was on my way to the beach when I was on my way to a beach vacation and my car would not start in the morning. We jumped it to get going but while driving down I95. I just kept thinking about the issue and then being out on the outer banks for a week... We looked up Ford dealerships along I95 near Fredericksburg and had a chat with Tony Simms. He was AWESOME. He worked us into the schedule that morning. The team check out the car and we replaced the battery and after about 2 hours (it does take time to get forced in on a Saturday morning) we were on our way again to the outer banks. a huge shout out to Tony Simms and the entire team at Purvis Ford. BTW we had a great time away at the beach and knowing we had nothing to worry about on the car made it even better. Jeff Schalk More

When the shuttle driver got there he confirmed he hadn't been told, and took my to my work. Later when my car was fixed and I requested a shuttle, Frank said they had to "pull my paper" and would send him out, and then sent him to my home. 25 minutes later the manager called stating the shuttle was waiting for me and I said I had requested a shuttle for my work, not home, I was told that the shuttle driver had other passengers, and had to take them back to Purvis so could not come pick me up. I had to Uber to get my car. The dealership offered no reimbursement or apologies. I was there for an airbag replacement, so I cannot attest to the quality of the work done. The two women who worked the initial front desk were competent at their job, and one was invested in trying to contact the shuttle driver for me. More

Very Poor Service, Go Somewhere Else We took our van in because the light for the rear door away said it was open. They "fixed" it. We went into pay for it and had to wait and hour to sim We took our van in because the light for the rear door away said it was open. They "fixed" it. We went into pay for it and had to wait and hour to simply pay the bill because the cashier had left early and they didn't know how process the payment. Within a mile of leaving the dealership the light came back on. We had to schedule an other appointment to bring it back. We were then told we would be charged additional parts and labor to fix what I had already paid for. More
Horrible customer service Dropped off 2016 explorer for maintenance and recall. I had to call them twice the next day for a status on the vehicle. Outstanding customer service I had an appointment at 7:30am, and they had arranged to have me to my office within an hour. The shuttle even stopped and let me grab a coffee. I received a call that afternoon, updating and confirming cost of repairs. By 6pm I had my car fixed at a very reasonable cost. Better than the day before I had a great pickup, unfortunately a bit tarnished by the previous days encounter for dropping off prior to the appointment. Terrible customer service from the service department I found the service advisor to be very rude , he did not want to take time t listen to the problems as to why I was bringing my truck in for service I found the service advisor to be very rude , he did not want to take time t listen to the problems as to why I was bringing my truck in for service , I drop my truck off Monday morning Gordon Paden called me at 4:15 Monday after and said the truck needed a new computer and I had 2 minutes to decide what I wanted to do after I told him to go ahead and order the part he said it would be in Tuesday and the truck would be ready Tuesday late afternoon , I never heard from Gordon Paden till I called him Wednesday afternoon and his reply was he forgot to call and sat the truck would not be ready till Thursday morning again it was not ready , finally got to pick up the truck Thursday late afternoon I was charged for 4 hours labor so why did it take over 3 days to complete the work , Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with Purvis ford Service I WILL SALE MY FORD AND BY A RAM TRUCK BEFORE I GO BACK TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT More
