We were getting ready for a big road trip and my truck needed some major engine work. The service people were awesome. I have no complaints about them. They were so good and had my car done so early. The only reason I gave Purvis a good rating instead of excellent was because of the ladies collecting the money and giving you your key. They were not friendly. I felt like I was bothering them. More
I brought my F-150 in for brake pads and a tire balancing/rotation via an appointment at 08:00 and was told it was a 3-hr. job, so I decided to wait at the dealership. At 09:30, the service lady t balancing/rotation via an appointment at 08:00 and was told it was a 3-hr. job, so I decided to wait at the dealership. At 09:30, the service lady told me I needed front brake pads (which I already knew) and some rear brake actuator repair, and again told me I would be out of there by 11:00. At 11:16, she told me it would be another hour. I noticed no one was actually working on my vehicle in the bay and confronted the service crew several times about the time delay. I didn’t get my truck back until after 3:00. The service lady lied to me and never told me I needed front rotors as well as pads. My final bill was over $1k. I will NEVER bring my truck back to Purvis and based on my experience, I will go to another Ford dealer when I buy my new truck next year. More
