They provide a great place to wait when it's necessary. There is a clean comfortable friendly waiting area with wifi and a business center (water and coffee provided too!). I may come back to the state of VA just to buy my next car from Purvis Ford. The next Ford dealer I walk into better be on their game because Purvis Ford has set the bar very high!! More

Not their fault. I have in the past walked into the service area and wondered if I was invisible; but this time, Tony, was right there and willing to help. He was cou I have in the past walked into the service area and wondered if I was invisible; but this time, Tony, was right there and willing to help. He was courteous, friendly, and likable even after I told him I wasn't going to go through with the maintenance. It was not cost effective to me and I had hoped that the very expensive warranty I had would cover it. Tony explained why it wouldn't be covered, but if I forget to keep filling the car with tranny fluid due to holes in the cooler lines, the tranny will eventually be destroyed and the warranty will then cover it. Whatever happened to the "ounce of prevention" thing? I am very disappointed in EasyCare Warranty; but Tony's attempt to provide care for me and my car was outstanding. More
