Reinstated faith in Ford After a very unpleasant experiance at another dealer in our home state Michigan. We found ourselves with the same mechanical problem in Virginia. Our service representative Matt worked so very hard making this all right as it was a warranty/bad parts nightmare and the need to get to root cause of issue. In the end going well beyond all was resolved. Good job Purvis! More

I appreciated the honesty of my service advisor, Daniel Mullins, on when they thought they I called in to make an appointment for service on my F350.
