Took my 2020 Navigator here for work that was done by Ted Britt Lincoln and wasn’t done right. Ted Britt redid the work 4 times and couldn’t get it right. Our is Ford was able to complete the removal and rei Britt Lincoln and wasn’t done right. Ted Britt redid the work 4 times and couldn’t get it right. The only bad thing I can say is we dident receive a recall notice but it happens I’m not mad.
