It was very good as usual and the wait time was less than I I had a 10:45 appointment and I got there at 10:00. Matt got out there before I got out of my Truck and took me right in! Service was completed I called for an appointment November 11 and they indicated it would be November 16 until they could get the Escape in for service. I was going to visi I called for an appointment November 11 and they indicated it would be November 16 until they could get the Escape in for service. I was going to visit my daughter out of state so I could not get the car in for service. When I returned I called for an appointment November 21 and it was November 26 before the car could be serviced. It seems to me to be completely unsatisfactory to take 5 days to get an appointment what if it was a critical failure and only vehicle someone had to drive for work. I have had several Toyota vehicles and never had appointment more than one day off. Additionally the Escape has had two services in 7,000 miles the first at a little over 100 miles. The service personnel indicated they had never seen that failure in any vehicle at 100 miles. Is this the quality from Ford? Well I know my next vehicle will be another Toyota I thought I would buy American again after having 3 Toyota's but I would never recommend or buy American again I am almost afraid to drive the Escape because what could go next. More
Just moved to Fredericksburg and was looking for a Ford/Lincoln dealer to service my cars. Made appointment pretty easily. Arrived at Dealership 15 min before my appointment,sat in my Explorer for 25 Ford/Lincoln dealer to service my cars. Made appointment pretty easily. Arrived at Dealership 15 min before my appointment,sat in my Explorer for 25 min waiting for the advisor Mr Simms. Dropped off vehicle and went home. Never received a call to let me know my vehicle was ready. I will make the trek back to Ted Britt an hour and 15 min away. More
