I hate writing this (it's not my style), but I feel I have to. Today I was in the service department for the second time and was very it was frustrating. Last week I brought my 2019 Honda CRV in for tir have to. Today I was in the service department for the second time and was very it was frustrating. Last week I brought my 2019 Honda CRV in for tire rotation, oil change and the recall for the fuel pump on 9/5/24. The person who scheduled the appointment never told me I had to leave the car, it was not until I got there that I found out to my dismay. I was not happy, but a made appointment for the following week 9/11/24 to have the recall taken care of. Unfortunately, again I was not told the car had to have 1/4 tank of gas now I'm furious!! This means I have to bring the car back again, which I won't, I'll go to another dealership. I went back to the gentle man who had taken care me the first time and ask "Why didn't you tell me the car need 1/4 tank of gas?" His response was "oh yes we can't work on with a full tank of gas" My response was "why did you tell me that last week" He came back with "don't raise your voice at me." I was angry after two trips from the east side and the issue still not resolved. I did raise my voice but I was not screaming, it was a frustrated voice which was clearly evident and appropiate. I have had good service in the past, but now I'm going somewhere else. This was too much!!! The gentleman should have known my frustration and should have understood my situation. This was the gentleman who always wears the white cap backwards. In the past he has been very accommodating and pleasant, I don't know what happened, but he should have understood and accepted my frustration, Two strikes and you'er out.... I'll find another dealership for fix the recall I'm done with Ferndale Honda! Regina More

I have a 2024 Honda civic sport hatchback. It only has 4k miles on it. It already has a coolant leak and an oil leak. They call me today after claiming they did the hundred some point inspecti It only has 4k miles on it. It already has a coolant leak and an oil leak. They call me today after claiming they did the hundred some point inspection claiming “everything checked out perfectly on my car” yet I have pictures of the coolant and oil leak. My wife calls them then they claim they didn’t even drive it for the turbine whistle noise that happens at a slow creep after a stop. Then they claim they did and also didn’t look under the hood where the leaks are 100% in your face. Now I’m worried they’ll mess it up worse now that they claim they are having a second look but now finishing the first look and they called me by mistake saying my car was ready and perfectly in shape. Then the guy gets an attitude on the phone with me because he starts talking about respect but has been lying to me the whole time. Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t buy, lease, or have work done on your car here. Seriously I put the pictures on google review and would do it here if it let me. It’s leaking coolant and oil! More
The service department at this location is all about money over customer satisfaction with service. My salesperson was not thorough with my request which lead to my work being incomplete and I’m extreme money over customer satisfaction with service. My time was wasted and I have to spend another day off at another auto repair shop to get my car serviced. Will never buy another Honda vehicle . The thing they don’t realize is there short comings in the service department ruins future car sales for them. More

Process was smooth with no issues or problems - was in at 10:00 a.m. and was driving out with my new vehicle by 2:00 p.m. Truly appreciate the service that I received. They broke my door during an electrical diagnostic and refuse to take responsibility. Service manager Rachel should be fired for unprofessional attitude. I tried to explain the door problem did not exist before I dropped the car off. Thank God for my neighbor who immediately discovered the door latch was the problem. I will never patronize this Honda dealer in spite of it being the closest location. I ordered a door latch from the Bloomfield location which is much further away. More
