Small time business with no values. From the minute you walk in it brings you back to an 80s dealership with no customers and the staff watching TV. Then when it came time to talk trade in the goof ball salesman asked what our interest rate was...which we obviously didn't know without them finding us a lender. Then somehow the price went up $2500 plus $300 for a end of a straw size paint chip on the bumper. So I showed him an instant offer $1750 more than they offered and his exact words were "then go somewhere else and get that" so we said are you "serious" & left. Well they never gave me my keys back so I ran in to get them and the man "Dale" through them at me from near 30ft hitting me in the upper chest. I picked them up and replied don't worry I'll be sure to promote your business, which was a dump hole. So were pulling out and another guy comes out and begins to basically start a fight with me in which he insinuated I was a homosexual and had no education. I wouldn't take a free car from this dealership if I was offered, it was the worst experience we've e ever had and we've had bad experiences. Just know that their prices are not their prices and there is minimal financial intelligence with there.employees. And throughout the whole ordeal they just kept telling us to go some where else.over less than $2000. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OF DAY WITH THESE PEOPLE. More

I am the type of guy that hates buying vehicles because no matter how clear you are dealerships don't stick to your budget and argue with you about agreeing upon a price and always try to get you to spend more then you are willing. I hate bantering back and forth about a few hundred dollars and leaving a dealership having to compromise your financial standards if you want to get in the vehicle your looking to purchase. Well that was not my experience. Dare I say I had the best buying experience I've ever had. I had a great understanding sales man that was to the point and very helpful. I searched on line to find this vehicle, got a far trade offer, and before driving 2 1/2 hours to get this vehicle I was well informed on what to expect and what I was getting myself into. From start to finish our agreement never changed and the service I received was outstanding. I will definitely be interest in bringing my business back here! When you show up at a dealership you have no connection to and have never been to before, this is a rare experience. I made a great purchase on a pre-owned vehicle from Pundmann Ford. We live in Florida and found a 2005 Thunderbird on the internet. Will and Loren inspected the auto and emailed picture of the car from every angle to assure us it was in excellent condition. On this most recent purchase, Eliot and his manager allowed me to take my time, never pushing, and drive several sub-models of my chosen vehicle to assure that the end result was the correct car, appropriately equipped for me. Negotiations were without pressure with a sense of fairness expressed. The finance manager was efficient and friendly with delivery of the vehicle done without a hitch. All features and accessories were covered and I was encouraged to question anything not totally understood. Highly recommend this dealership. More
