Would not recommend them to my worse enemy. Purchased a new 2018 Escape from them. Had problems since purchasing the vehicle and still have problems now. Work not done I purchased a used 2015 f350 platinum in which I asked all the fluids to be changed (front and rear differentials, oil, transmission). I was told that I purchased a used 2015 f350 platinum in which I asked all the fluids to be changed (front and rear differentials, oil, transmission). I was told that they would be changed before picking up the truck. I brought the truck home and decided to look things over only to find out that NONE of them were changed. After notifying pundmann ford the next day that they were not changed, the service manager offered me a $5 coupon...yes, a $5 coupon...what a slap in the face. Needless to say it cost me more than $500 to have them all changed. More
