First of all, let me start by saying I have bought several cars out of state and have had many different experiences. If I could give them 10 stars I would, from start to finish they were so professional, they stayed in communication every step of the way Emily and Gina were absolutely phenomenal. The truck is unbelievably gorgeous. I came down from upstate New York, a 6 hour drive and did not want to get out of the truck when I got back, it was just as nice in person as it was in the pics, even nicer actually! Then, after about three hours into my ride home, I realized that I left my other set of keys in my rental vehicle. That was about a 10 minute ride from pumpkin. I called Emily up and told her the situation after a few days of trying relentlessly on my end and their end, they finally succeeded in retrieving my keys and mailing them back to me within a couple of days, they really go above and beyond and I cannot express how happy I am with the truck. You can’t go wrong with these guys, they treated me like family! More

Khris provided flashlights during our inspection—a thoughtful touch that boosted our confidence. We appreciated how the team recognized when we needed time to focus on the vehicle without rushing. The test drive was equally generous, giving us ample time to really get a feel for the car, which solidified our confidence in the purchase. What set Pumpkin apart was the complete lack of pressure from the staff—something rare in this industry. As we took our time considering the vehicle, we got to know the team, and everyone was personable and helpful. Gina, the manager, was warm and welcoming, ensuring a seamless experience. The vehicle was fairly priced, and the opportunity to inspect it in their spotless showroom made every penny spent feel worthwhile. I recieved the car of my dreams from Pumpkin about a week ago. From my first inquiry to delivery and beyond, the Pumpkin crew was beyond professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ve purchased a lot of cars over the years and never had an experience like this. After driving 3 hours from Long Island, Franck patiently went over the car with me and explained how he hand picks every car Pumpkin sells. His resume speaks for itself and all the five star reviews are well deserved. The car itself - inside, outside and underneath is immaculate. Emily and Gina were friendly, helpful, total professionals in processing and completing the transaction, along with delivery and even answered a few emails after business hours and on a Sunday. Their diligence is much appreciated. In all, I would recommend Pumpkin Fine Cars to anyone looking for a beautiful vehicle and a pleasant buying experience where honesty and diligence are obvious trademarks of this quality dealership.
