Pam at the service center was awesome. She worked with me to get what I needed for my van and within the time frame I needed it back. She communicated with me for whatever changes occurred. Always have to clean the dirty feet paper and this time the plastic not covering the seat. Paid $100 for a 20 minute sync update. Could not do it using usb, as the tech stated. USB working, just not the flash drive that was supposed to work. Ford offers home owners this program for free, yet our sync said it was updated. $200 an hour is a little steep. Tech was told the trailer light issue happened while pulling a trailer. He deemed it only necessary to hook up a known working trailer to check the lights. Service lady is very kind and helpful, but the way they separate service workers from the lady your dealing with at pick up is awful. Wanted to talk to tech on 2 other occasions and had such a bad experience, I don’t even try anymore. Pugmire is very convenient for us to use. Not totally satisfied, but also not willing to drive an hour for another warranty dealer. More

The service department does a great job when I go for maintenance work. Pam is very friendly and knowledgeable.
