Use to be you had to beat off car salesman with a stick, not anymore. Came here to look at truck 3 weeks ago, no one came out to greet me after spending 15 minutes looking at trucks so I left. I made an appointment to have transmission work done on my 2002 Ford Explorer. The appointment was for 8/15/2022 at 9:00 AM. When I got there at 8:30 AM the Service Writer told me I would have to leave my my 2002 Ford Explorer. The appointment was for 8/15/2022 at 9:00 AM. When I got there at 8:30 AM the Service Writer told me I would have to leave my car til they could get to it. He said he didn't realize when he made the appointment that the transmission shop was booked solid til September 6. They had my phone number on file but there is no record in my phone log of any call from Pugmire nor was any message left on voicemail. It seems someone could have called so I could go to another shop. Very poor customer service. More
