I made sure to do my research so I initially worked with Victoria, their internet manager. She was great to work with. My visit to Pugmire was a spur-of-the-moment visit and she was with another customer at the time as they were very busy. I was able to therefore work with Mark Taylor. Pugmire on a Friday at 10pm We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was very late on a Friday when we arrived, but they were very accommodating. We did not leave until after 10 p.m. that night but they never once tried to push us out the door. We dealt with a sales person by the name of Mark. Mark was very professional, and he knew exactly what he was talking about. I feel like we made more than just an acquaintance that night, I feel like we made a friend. The only issue that I have with this dealership is there internet pricing. They do not disclose that their internet pricing includes all rebates, including those that one may not qualify for. I felt like that that was a deceptive practice. I have spoken with the general manager about the issue and I am going to speak with one of their owners about the issue today. I'm hoping to get that resolved, so that we have a 100% satisfactory experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, simply because Mark is the best. More
