I came in looking for a specific vehicle configuration and not only was Krishan unfamiliar with the vehicles, he had to leave to go ask another salesman about it After waiting for a little bit he never returned and was instead helping another customer. I asked him what he found out and he just said "too hard to find" and continued to help someone else. Don't waste your time with this dealership since they obviously don't need any more business. I will take my business to someone who earns it. More
Unprofessional. Sales asked my other brand consideration then insulted my aesthetics. Sales manager offered trade in way below Carmax offer while portraying them as dishonest and a company that won't honor then insulted my aesthetics. Another issue I had was I'm just getting back on my feet...because of the economy, the job I held for over 10 years was gone, the company closed down and it has taken me a good 3 years to feel hopeful...But I received great care and service and was able to purchase the car I love! I have been a loyal Lexus buyer for over 15 years. Drew Williamson was able to answer all my questions and on top of that teach me a thing or two about the vehicle, that I had not learned during my research. When it came down to the negotiations aspect of the deal it was easy and fair. I think I was the one that gave them a hard time. My husband and I are finicky and the staff at the dealer was professional, courteous and no hard-sell was necessary. In this day and age when a buyer can come in with knowledge of what to do to purchase a vehicle, it helps that the dealer your working with is transparent and able to provide service with courtesy. I ultimately leased two CC's and my husband and I are enjoying them. The service department called us to remind us of our 1000 mile courtesy check up and we were pleased to feel that they do follow up calls to maintain us as part of the Volkswagen family. To date I have highly recommended the salesman (Drew Williamson) and the dealer to family and friends which has resulted in several successful and happy buyers. More

We leased the V.W GTI, a week later they call us and ask to return the car as the financing fell through. When we returned the car, upon inspection the hubcap was scraped (due to parking). They said the dam to return the car as the financing fell through. When we returned the car, upon inspection the hubcap was scraped (due to parking). They said the damage is 1300 and will not return our down payment w...hich just happens to be the amount of the damage (according to them). We explained we have full coverage, they need to take it up with Mercury. They refused to look at the proof of insurance. I had to file a claim, the insurance adjuster will go to the dealership tomorrow to inspect the damage. I REALLY hope they allow my insurance carrier to inspect the car. Bottom line...they say if the car is not fixed they will not return our down payment. They will not allow us to speak to upper management, they always say they are not available. We have been speaking to David Sepulveda, he is the Sales Manager. This isn't fair, the deal fell through AND they kept our money. We were approved for a Mini Cooper, we can't even pick it up because of the money due to us. We had to rent a car, it's been a bad experience all the way through. More
