Horrible service department. I’ve got a recall on my car. I took my car in on May 11th. They told me it will be a week to get it fixed. No rental car. Then after two weeks, they I’ve got a recall on my car. I took my car in on May 11th. They told me it will be a week to get it fixed. No rental car. Then after two weeks, they called me saying there is a big line. They want me to take my car back first, they’ll save the spot for me and they’ll call me when it’s my turn. I said ok and took my car back. Then they called me in Mid-June told me that I can bring it in. This time there is still no rental car, and it will be another 3-4 business days. I did so. After another two weeks, I called to check the status. Now they told me there is still one car in front of me and they won’t start to do anything on car until 7/14. And the car won’t be ready until August !!!! What a F**. All they are telling are lies. They left my car in the garage and did nothing for a two months!!! Never go to this dealer for service. More

This service manager/dealership is getting one star, because there is no possibility to give them a zero for customer service. I had 10:30 scheduled appointment; my car was not taken into the bay until because there is no possibility to give them a zero for customer service. I had 10:30 scheduled appointment; my car was not taken into the bay until 2:30. Julio did not contact me; rather I had to call him. I had to call him 3 times to find out about my car. At 3:15pm, I contacted him again. Since there was still no report about my car, I told him I was coming to pick it up. What good is an appointment if it is not honored? I believe that since I had a "minor" problem with the check engine light sensor and most likely would not have to pay for repair, that other cars were taken in before mine. I feel that Julio dropped the ball and was not managing his technicians. When I went to pick up the car, Julio was rude and did not apologize to me for the delay. Instead he compared it with going to a doctor office with an appointment and having to wait! I have taken my car to this dealership several times in the past 10 years with an appointment and never waited longer than 2 hours. The previous service manager, George Ruiz, was always very kind and polite and kept me informed each step of the way. I will not come back to this dealership again because of the poor service. More

Forced us to register our new car in California even though we are Arizona residents and traded in an Arizona title car. After speaking with the DMV they informed me the dealership broke the law by not giving us a 4 day permit, even after asking for it, allowing us to take the car to Arizona and register the vehicle. It's been a fight with them, guess there's no honor in dealerships especially this one. Wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. Refusing to make it right. Guess my next step is getting an attorney invoiced. General manager has received 5 messages and still haven't gotten a call back. I'll be filing a complaint with the DMV as well. More
