I was very disappointed due to lack of transparency and professional accuracy. I was told to pay $165 for diagnostic for my car having trouble pumping gas which I was ok. They were not able to find out the issue the same day and asked me to leave my car over the weekend which I was trouble pumping gas which I was ok. They still couldn't find out the issue and asked me to pay an additional $495 for the extra time they would spend. The service desk lady was not helpful at all. She refused to check the extended warranty and told me she already knew it was not covered. She did not tell me the $165 had a diagnostic time limit. Instead of apologising taking too long over the weekend and still couldn't find out the problem, she told me I had to pay more for extra time to find out my car's problem. I lost confidence on their technician. I left the dealership angrily. For sure, I will not go back. More
