A "chat" window popped up, asking if required assistance. I assumed it was just some a.i. bot that feeds you canned responses, but it was actually Andrew Pendleton, one of the Puente sales people. He answered all of my questions, and wasn't remotely pushy. We completed the entire process of leasing OVER TEXT. I spoke my first words to Andrew when he personally delivered the vehicle to my home the next night. It was the easiest leasing process I've ever experienced. Got a great price with very little back and forth. And Andrew even hung around on a Sunday night to take me through the vehicles features one last time. More
