People pleasant/Too much haggling My visit was through the Internet and a True-Car referral. No reason this visit should have taken over 6 hours. (After 5 1/2 hours we told them we had to leave to get home. They offered to send someone to the house to continue the process... that was strange. No thanks.) Too much haggling was needed to get the price near where it should've been from the start! They have cars in stock and the sales people were pleasant. That's why they got that high of a score.. of three. Yesterday, they asked me if I had concerns with the sale, and I texted this information to them yesterday. No reply! This is an Old-School style dealership. Haggling required. I went through an internet referral service, and discussed details with the Internet manager beforehand. I made an appointment. This was a cash sale and should've taken about 90 minutes total. We were disappointed and frustrated. The price should have been (at the most) the TRUE-CAR "Average price paid" + the added package at the dealer promised 30% off. Although we finally signed an agreement, we would not recommend this to anyone. Especially if the dealer does not reach out with a good-faith offer. Thank you for looking into this. More
