We are saddened that we were not able to satisfy you, Ms. Lee, as we strive to make each customers' experience a positive one. We have made many attempts to resolve the matter including providing you, Ms. Lee, with a borrowed car during the installation process so there would be no interruption with your daily routine and work. We also gave you, Ms. Lee, a $300 "customer goodwill" check to compensate for the slight delay in the installation process and provided you, Ms. Lee, with an upgraded system and a back up camera at no additional cost. We at Puente Hills Hyundai feel we have been very fair and are sorry to hear that you do not agree.
