The Parts Manager John also takes pride in his work and he truly understands what customer service is all about. Finance Manager not so great... just like every other dealer I guess. Director of Customer Relations is the worst one their. Apparently this dealership does not have a GM. First time I've heard that. Most of Service Department Service Advisers look like they don't want to be there. I did speak to one Service adviser and he was pretty cool. Didn't get his name though. More
