SO, I DON'T NEED TO HESITATE TO CONSIDER TO BUY IT. MOST IMPORTANT ONE IS I LIKE MY NEW SONATA HYBRID LIMITED MODEL. IT IS VERY LUXURIOUS CAR WITH GOOD PRICE. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE ON PUENTE HILLS HYUNDAI WAS GOOD EXCEPT ONE ISSUE. THEY HAD TO PICK UP MY CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALER AND THEY DID NOT CHECK THROUGHLY. THE EXTRA KEY CAME WITH DOESN'T WORK. IT SEEMS LIKE THE PERSON WHO PICKED UP THE CAR DIDN'T CHECK THE EXTRA KEY AT THAT TIME. SO, I HAD TO VISIT THE DEALER AGAIN. THEY PROMISED IT COULD BE SOLVED WITHIN A WEEK. BUT IT IS NOT SOLVED YET. WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER DURING LATE FOLLOWING WEEK. THEY ONLY TOLD ME ANOTHER DEALER SENT THEM THE WRONG KEY AND THEY HAD TO ORDER NEW ONE AND THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THE KEY READY. THEIR FOLLOW UP ACTION FOR IRREGULARITY IS AN ACCEPTABLE. THEY NEED TO BE IMPROVED ON THIS ISSUE. More

Satisfied Customer Our salesman, Jonathan, worked real hard in meeting our needs and expectations. Our experience in the Finance department was just as good with Hansel. He explained everything in detail. The only negative comment I have is the lack of attention to incoming customers. If there were no salesmen available outside or inside the showroom while customers walk in and start looking at cars, it would be necessary for the receptionist to greet and ask to help the customers.
