I went in for a basic service and got minimal attention from the service reps. The most engagement I received was from a rep who was trying to upsell me on a service that I had already had performed at ano from the service reps. The most engagement I received was from a rep who was trying to upsell me on a service that I had already had performed at another dealership (Patriot in El Monte). When my car was completed nobody let me know. I had to go in and ask. Upon walking in, neither of the two service reps that were there even looked up to acknowledge me. I walked up to one who didn’t bother to look up until I started talking. When he told me that my car was already outside, there was no “sorry to keep you waiting unnecessarily” or anything, just “it’s already out there.” This is the closest dealership to my house but I’m not looking forward to going back. The customer service is seriously lacking. Last note: I was expecting to have window washing fluid put in my car, not water. More
