Before visiting your dealership, I had spoken to Mike Lee and told him I would be there by 5. On my way there, I texted saying I would be 10 minutes late and the friendly salesman Paul Kim was waiting for m and told him I would be there by 5. He greeted me very politely and when I told him what I wanted & needed, he seemed very honest and willing to help me with my needs. After purchase of the car, he thoroughly went over all the paperwork and everything I needed to know about the car. He is very patient with me and my questions, and he answered with knowledge. Before driving almost 1 hour to the dealership my wife called to see if they do a dealer mark-up on the Palisade. They assured us that they don't. Their website showed 3 Palisades that we might be interes called to see if they do a dealer mark-up on the Palisade. They assured us that they don't. Their website showed 3 Palisades that we might be interested in. So we made the drive to their dealership. Two out of the 3 Palisades had $4,000 of dealer add-ons, but one of them didn't and it was exactly what we were looking for. We told the salesman if the MSRP was the price then we would buy it today. We went inside and the salesman went to get the manager. A few minutes later the manager came over with the price. It was $4,000 more than the sticker price. His new price included all of the add-ons even though the car didn't have any them already. They wouldn't sell it to me unless I purchased $4,000 of stuff I didn't want. What a scam. More
