Bob, the sales manager was very helpful in working to finalize the out-the-door price that met my expectations. Juanita in finance was very easy to work with, and clearly explained every form throughout the process. My 6 year old was getting hungry after waiting patiently for 2.5 hours, so we went to to dinner while the truck was being detailed before delivery. Oscar went out of his way, and personally delivered the vehicle while we had dinner!. My hat is off to the entire team at Puente Hills CDJR. More
