Vern's 31/32 years of experience at Pueblo Toyota proved to be invaluable. I had narrowed my purchase options prior to my visit and was aware of inventory choices (new and used). Vern guided me through the selection process with obvious knowledge but with no pressure. He made buying a vehicle a fun experience. I requested that he price several vehicles for me (new and used) and call me the next day with his prices. I used the intervening time to price the same vehicles with four of the top car pricing companies. Vern's prices all fell well within the prices that the four companies recommended that I pay. We concluded the sale with no haggling. Finance office Kris Aragon finished the paperwork with practiced excellence. In fact, he saved me considerable money by suggesting a finance option that was inherently better than the one I had planned to use. More

Best New Car Buyimg Experience!!! We have been getting our Toyotas serviced here since we moved here in 2012. We had been debating on trading in our older Toyota for a new one. It took us about 2 months to finally make the decision. Hector was patient and very helpful with our buying experience. I still can't believe how wonderful of an experience we had! The mechanic sped into the bay with my car and slammed on the brakes, causing my car to skid and slide to a stop. They lost my business of the past 2 years and I will no longer recommend them. More

Worst buying experience ever at Pueblo Toyota This was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I have been buying cars for well over 30 years and this company showed its true colors d This was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I have been buying cars for well over 30 years and this company showed its true colors during the purchase process and then after the fact. They (in my case) showed me that they are ONLY interested in the cash, and not in providing good customer service. First they wrote our deal up as a lease, then they told us that that they needed to change it to a sale because of some glitch that I to this day am still not clear about. We traded two cars in so they were supposed to use some of this cash to pay off a car loan we had for another Prius that was purchased from them a few years ago. Well, they didn't send in the payment, and I got a delinquent payment letter from Toyota! When I made them aware of this, they still didn't make the payment, and I got ANOTHER letter from Toyota. I had to physically go down to the dealer several times to take care of this in person. When I showed up I was treated like some kind of outcast and or troublemaker. The guys in the garage are OK, it is the sales manager that doesn't seem to care that my time, credit rating and reputation are worth something. I will never buy another car from these people again! More
