Service department counter person Sage was a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop the entire time will my LOF, air filter and serpentine belt was replaced. Brought my 2021 jeep for 930 appointment warranty repairs. If I waited was told it would be 2 hours. Also told if I lived within 10 miles I could catch their shuttle, I'm 20 miles out. Called at 130 for update informed it would be another hour. At 315 when I arrived to pick up vehicle was told still not done please wait in the waiting room. I am new to Colorado from Florida where the jeep was purchased. In the waiting area is posted the jeep wave perks for new purchases which includes a loaner vehicle for service work. Being unaware of this benifit of my jeep purchase, my wife drove 40 miles to pick me up and 40 miles to drop me off when in reality I should have been offered a loaner. Asked about this I was told I needed to ask for the loaner. Why the 930 appointment? 6 hours wait for an warranty repair that if I had waited was a two hour job. Again I did not purchase from this dealership I relocated to the area. I'm concerned this fact may have played a part in my vehicles delay in being serviced. Pointing out these failures I was informed I was, after ten years of service drive manager, the rudest customer she had ever dealt with and further, if I took my jeep to any other jeep dealer I would be back because their service was way worse than Pueblo's. Terrible service on our first experience at Pueblo Jeep. Made an appointment to get a tire sensor and new key FOB 3 week prior to bringing the Jeep in. We we arrived for the appointment we were told they did not have any of the parts and do not check if they have the parts when an appointment is made. What is the reason for making the appointment if they do not order the parts to make the repair. Wasted a morning to get nothing repaired. Very poor service! More
Had an appointment today 9/16/21 for my 2018 ram 3500 to have trans and nav reprogramed made the appointment over 2 wks ago and even got a reminder call from a real person yesterday as reminder. Drive 1hr 15 min to get there only to find out the tech is off until Monday. Service writer said he tried to call me but were already out of cell coverage but there was no voice message at all. They have now LOST my business. We also have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee we bought there and have always taken both vehicles there for everything. Not anymore for sales or service. By the way will be looking for new jeep next year somewhere else. More

Got caught in the lot looking around. George wrote a deal and we just couldn't come together on. We were leaving and he caught us and offered to run it different to be closer to what we were needing. He call and we just couldn't come together on. We were leaving and he caught us and offered to run it different to be closer to what we were needing. He called us back in and we signed papers on the new deal. We insured the truck and waited on finance. They claimed the system went down so we would have to sign the next day. Looking now I believe that was a lie. The next morning as we're cleaning out our trades he casks and says the deal was structured wrong so we would have to go back to the original way he wrote it and asked us to come in and sign on it. I believe it was a con the whole time and a simple trick to get is in on his original deal. Bad practice. Avoid their scams. This is the second time I've been treated poorly here and I will not return. I sold cars for 3 years at a lot 30 minutes west of here. I would never dream of doing this to a customer and I know exactly what he was trying to do. I do not recommend them at all. More
This dealership failed to have attention to detail they sold me a new 2020 charger without the license plate mount attached claimed they needed to order the hardware which supposedly took 3 weeks to get th sold me a new 2020 charger without the license plate mount attached claimed they needed to order the hardware which supposedly took 3 weeks to get then when I brought them the car they ask me for the hardware which they should’ve already had they ended up using the two screws meant for the plate they halved assed practically everything and it’s clear they don’t care because this is my 3rd review I’m leaving you guys pulled one over on this veteran hope you’re proud of the business you have built I know I’d be disappointed if a I was the owner of this place More
