Do NOT trust this dealership! They don't even try to have customer service! I don't even think they have technical experience on Jeeps! Did they think the Jeep fairy came in and fixed it while they were sleeping? So sad that Pueblo has such inadequate businesses! More

Poor service, little or no communication with customers. I bought a set of tires and had them mounted, was told my front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment 2 weeks in adv I bought a set of tires and had them mounted, was told my front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for strut replacement, but when I showed up the service advisor asked me if the service department had ordered the struts. I replied that I had no idea, that I was told they needed to be replaced, and I had told them that was the reason for the appointment. Bottom line is that they didn't look at the reason for the appointment, had not ordered the struts, and were not prepared to do the service. Very poor customer service! More
