They also work hard to get the numbers where we need them. Tom Van Eck, in particular, has always been helpful and accessible. He knows us, he knows what we want, and he knows how to get it. Oh, and the entire service department is top notch... fast, knowledgable, and attentive. I've owned nearly 30 cars in my lifetime, and I'll tell you this: if you're tired of games, come to Providence. It's worth the trip! More

I live about an hour and a half away in Delaware. I made the trip up here to look at Dodge Challengers to see if I would be able to make a deal on one. I was in communication with Hank before I arrived and right away he was extremely helpful! I arrived and he immediately met me outside and we began the buying process. Despite the bank who approved me taking forever, Hank was very helpful for the entire process. He knew what he was doing and I left with my dream car. Although I didn't get what I wanted for a trade-in, I was still able to get my monthly payment within my price range. Without Hank's amazing support it wouldn't have been possible. Most definitely will be back at this dealer and hope to work with Hank again! More

I took my car in for recall service. This was my first time visiting Providence Auto. I was greeted as I walked through the door. I gave them my keys, and was guided to the clean spacious waiting room. Ev time visiting Providence Auto. I was greeted as I walked through the door. My very attractive service tech Krystal checked in with me periodically on the progress of my car and asked if I needed anything. After the car was finished she came in handed me the key fob, ask if I had any questions on the service preformed. I did ask if the programing would change the performance of the vehicle. She assured me it would not. I had a great first experience at Providence Auto and will definitely return. More

He gave me a great deal and the sales staff went out of their way to give my wife and I directions to Lancaster outlets so we could get in a little shopping before we travelled home. We travelled 2 hours to look at a Toyota Tundra and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Two hours after arriving at the dealership, I was driving my beautiful truck home!! I' ve been on cloud nine ever since! It's no wonder this dealership gets 5 stars across the board!! More

First Time Buyer at Providence I was interested in buying a used truck. I found several trucks listed at Providence that appeared to be what i was looking for. My wife and i drove I was interested in buying a used truck. I found several trucks listed at Providence that appeared to be what i was looking for. My wife and i drove 45 minutes to the dealership and we saw Herb Denton who i bought my very first truck from when he worked for a dealership in Jarrettsville Md. I also knew Herb from another Dealership in the Abingdon MD area. We connected and I told him why i was there, he then showed me to trucks one a Chevy and the one i eventually bought 2013 Dodge Ram. Both trucks were in excellent condition. We drove both and as I said i decided on the Dodge. This was a Thursday and I knew that I wouldn't be able to go back to the dealership for a week so Herb saved the vehicle on the back lot. When I arrived to pick up the truck all the paperwork was ready and the truck was ready. Herb made this deal easy with having everything ready.
