Worth the drive Picked up a new 2500 Limited two weeks ago. Drove 8 hrs from NC. Couldn’t be more pleased. Staff was friendly and didn’t try pushing or upsaleing. Professional Called the dealership in the morning to see if they still had the truck in stock, and Herb said they did. He held the keys for me and waited for me to arrive about 2 hours later. There was no pressure to buy the truck, and Herb was very professional. The truck was exactly as described and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another truck from Herb or this dealership. I spent about 3 hours at the dealership so overall it was a pretty quick process. Wasn't able to negotiate a lower price, but it was listed lower than KBB value so I was okay with the price. More

Very helpful with a vehicle they didn't even own I called the dealership in regards to a vehicle that they didn't own, but had sold new and then reacquired before going back to the manufacturer. Alth I called the dealership in regards to a vehicle that they didn't own, but had sold new and then reacquired before going back to the manufacturer. Although he didn't have any specific records on the exact issue it was bought back, the sales manager was still very helpful in recalling similar issues with the model I was inquiring about and giving me advice on that. Very courteous and considerate given my inquiry had nothing to do with their sales and if they had what I was looking for, I would have definitely went to their dealership to check it out! More

Great service, great vehicle I knew I was heading to get another vehicle soon. I wasn't expecting to buy one on my first day of looking, but everything worked out perfectly. I had heard from four other coworkers that had also recently bought a vehicle from Providence, and one that a daughter had recently bought from Providence. ALL HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THEIR VEHICLES. There was absolutely NO pressure, I don't even think the dealer, Brad Enderlein expected to compete a deal that day. As I said, everything worked out great. It has been a little over a month, and I am thankful for my coworkers suggesting Providence, and for the Service at Providence. I'm sure this vehicle will last me for some time, but when I do need the next vehicle, I will return to Providence Autos. More
