The salesman helping us couldn't locate him delaying our already time restricted day. Eventually we got up and left without making the deal. The brief encounter we did have with him he acted like he had no time for my daughter and I. We actually negotiated some off the advertised price to help us stay with in our budget. Bruce Hammond was very straight forward and easy to work with. It was well worth the drive. Nothing like being treated like family! Eric and I ran into Doug and his co-worker Bruce one evening after having not having any luck car shopping and spoke to them about it. They gave me a Eric and I ran into Doug and his co-worker Bruce one evening after having not having any luck car shopping and spoke to them about it. They gave me a business card and asked me to come check out what they had and to see what they could do for me. So the next day after work Eric and I went down there to Providence auto and Bruce and Doug absolutely nailed it the first SUV 2016 Jeep Cherokee latitude it had everything I asked for and more they got me approved and was able to stay within my budget. I would highly recommend both Doug and Bruce to anyone especially if you want to be treated like family. Thank you k you both again so much. More
